The breakfast was excellent: varied, plentiful and very fresh. The hotel's location is perfect, 10/10! It’s just a short walk (a few minutes) to the train station, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and more. The 24/7 staff are very helpful and friendly. There’s also a handy minibar, great for enjoying a drink after a long day. That said, the quality/price ratio is very good overall

This was a great place to stay and good value for money. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. The breakfast was excellent with a range of warm and cold options (you can see these in the photos). The staff is super helpful, available 24/7 and the location is great, walking distance to the main station and close to good restaurants and shopping area. There are also some grocery shops close by that are open till late.

I liked the location, in the city center and close to the train station. The staff was nice and always helpful, specially the receptionists and the ladies that served breakfast. It was a bit hard to understand and comunicate with the cleaning ladies as they did not speak English and my Dutch is limited but overall it was all good.

Great central location. Good value for basic hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Construction going on outside which did not concern me and hotel supplied earplugs. Good TV .Breakfast was good value for the price. Good air-conditioning in the heat. Cold drink available in the lobby.

The location was fantastic! We had a van, and the underground parking was very affordable. The parking garage was spacious, and the elevator dropped us off right next to the hotel. What really stood out was the service. The staff were absolutely wonderful—nothing was too much trouble. Very positive experience, thank you!

Due to the hot weather they offered free cold drinks consisting of water and some sort of lemonade which in my opinion was very tasty. The location is also superbe when you arrive with public transport since it is close to the train and bus station and its litterly located in the city center. Personel was also very friendly. Sidenote: Can't say anything about the breakfast since I didn't include it in my stay.

The staff were really friendly, polite and extremely helpful! We had a problem in our first room and they were very helpful in arranging another room for us—even gave us an upgrade! You can't beat the location either! Super close to the train station and to the main spots of the town. I'd stay there again!

I have been travelling for work to my client in Belgium and I strongly recommend ibis Kortrijk centrum hotel! It is ideal hotel for business trips, fast and professional admin service, clean room.
